REFUND POLICY

REPLACEMENT POLICY

Return of Defective Item:

Replacement Shipment:

  • Once the defective item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement product to you.

  • We will notify you once the replacement product has been dispatched.

CONDITION FOR REPLACEMENT

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • The product should not show any signs of wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.

NON-ELIGIABLE ITEMS

  • Products that are not in their original condition, damaged due to misuse, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for replacement.

  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery is not eligible for replacement

OPEN BOX DELIVERY

  • We offer open box delivery to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase upon arrival.

  • You can inspect the product before accepting it from the delivery personnel.

  • If you notice any damage or defects, you can refuse the delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement.
